Revert "Match VSCode behavior for ctrl-a/ctrl-e on MacOS" (#16246)

Reverts zed-industries/zed#15981

Release Notes:

- Restored the behavior of `ctrl-a` until we can separate the behavior
of the command for soft wraps and leading indentation.
