chore(diagnostics): remove pattern_items module
With the previous commit, both `BufferSearchBar` and `ProjectSearchView` have been updated to no longer rely on `PatternItems`, seeing as `SearchQuery::regex` is now responsible for handling pattern items. This commit removes the `search::pattern_items` module, since there's no longer other modules needing its functionality.
