Enable clippy::non_canonical_clone_impl (#9373)

This PR enables the
[`clippy::non_canonical_clone_impl`](https://rust-lang.github.io/rust-clippy/master/index.html#/non_canonical_clone_impl)
rule and fixes the outstanding violations.
