Subject: [PATCH] Add `crates/assistant_tools/src/evals/fixtures` to
 file_scan_exclusions (#32211)

Particularly got tired of `disable_cursor_blinking/before.rs` (an old
copy of `editor.rs`) showing up in tons of searches
