Use new language server info on remote servers (#35682)
* Straightens out the `*_ext.rs` workflow for clangd and rust-analyzer:
no need to asynchronously query for the language server, as we sync that
information already.
* Fixes inlay hints editor menu toggle not being shown in the remote
sessions

AsyncFn* into a trait object. There's ways around that, but they're all
more complex than just keeping the code as is.

Worktree paths in git panel, take 2 (#26047)
Modified version of #25950. We still use worktree paths, but repo paths
with a status that lie outside the worktree are not excluded; instead,
we relativize them by adding `..`. This makes the list in the git panel
match what you'd get from running `git status` (with the repo's worktree
root as the working directory).

- [x] ~~When collecting repositories, dedup by .git abs path, so
worktrees can share a repo at the project level~~ dedup repos at the
repository selector layer, with repos coming from larger worktrees being
preferred
- [x] Open single-file worktree with diff when activating a path not in

lsp: Add support for clangd's inactiveRegions extension (#26146)
Closes #13089 

Here we use `experimental` to advertise our support for
`inactiveRegions`. Note that clangd does not currently have a stable
release that reads the `experimental` object (PR
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/116531), this can be tested
with one of clangd's recent "unstable snapshots" in their
[releases](https://github.com/clangd/clangd/releases).

Eliminate GPUI View, ViewContext, and WindowContext types (#22632)
There's still a bit more work to do on this, but this PR is compiling
(with warnings) after eliminating the key types. When the tasks below
are complete, this will be the new narrative for GPUI:

- `Entity<T>` - This replaces `View<T>`/`Model<T>`. It represents a unit
of state, and if `T` implements `Render`, then `Entity<T>` implements
`Element`.
- `&mut App` This replaces `AppContext` and represents the app.
- `&mut Context<T>` This replaces `ModelContext` and derefs to `App`. It
is provided by the framework when updating an entity.
- `&mut Window` Broken out of `&mut WindowContext` which no longer
exists. Every method that once took `&mut WindowContext` now takes `&mut
Window, &mut App` and every method that took `&mut ViewContext<T>` now
takes `&mut Window, &mut Context<T>`

Not pictured here are the two other failed attempts. It's been quite a
month!

clangd: Use Url::to_file_path() to get actual file path for header/source (#20856)
Using `Url::path()` seems fine on POSIX systems as it will leave forward
slash (given hostname is empty). On Windows it will result in error.

clangd: Implement switch source/header extension (#14646)
Release Notes:

- Added switch source/header action for clangd language server (fixes
[#12801](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/12801)).

Note: I'm new to both rust and this codebase. I started my
implementation by copying how rust analyzer's "expand macro" LSP
extension is implemented. I don't yet understand some of the code I
copied (mostly the way to get the `server_to_query` in `clangd_ext.rs`
and the whole proto implementation).
