This PR extracts the `ContextEditor` to the `assistant_context_editor`
crate.
As part of this, we have decoupled the `ContextEditor` from the
`AssistantPanel`.
There is now an `AssistantPanelDelegate` that the `ContextEditor` uses
when it needs to interface with the Assistant panel.

This PR adds a `text_ellipsis` method to `Label`s.
This can be used to truncate the text with an ellipsis without needing
to wrap the `Label` in another element.

- Updates `Selected`, `Selectable` -> `ToggleState`, `Toggleable`
- Adds `checkbox` and `switch` functions to align better with other
elements in our layout system.
We decided not to merge Switch and Checkbox. However, in a followup I'll
introduce a Toggle or AnyToggle enum so we can update
`CheckboxWithLabel` -> `ToggleWithLabel` as this component will work
exactly the same with either a Checkbox or a Switch.

This PR reworks how the Assistant Panel references slash commands,
context servers, and tools.
Previously we were always reading them from the global registries, but
now we store individual collections on each Assistant Panel instance so
that there can be different ones registered for each project.

This PR should only be merged after
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/19988. Once the selection
action is added as a "proper" slash command, there's no need to have it
duplicate on the "Add Context" menu anymore. 😄

This PR adds a description constant in most of the slash command files
so that both the editor _and_ footer pickers use the same string. In
terms of copywriting, I did some tweaking to reduce the longer ones a
bit. Also standardized them all to use sentence case, as opposed to each
instance using a different convention. The editor picker needs more
work, though, given the arguments and descriptions are being cut at the
moment. This should happen in a follow-up!
