Improve C++ highlighting for sized type specifiers (#25362)
For consistency, sized type specifiers should be highlighted the same
way as primitive types, to make sure 'unsigned', 'int' and 'unsigned
int' are all the same color. [A previous
change](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/18016) moved
primitive types from `@keyword` to `@type`, and this PR adjusts the
sized type specifier to follow suit.

Use @boolean for true and false in highlights (#25338)
Release Notes:

- Fixed issue where `true` and `false` were highlighted as constants,
ignoring the `boolean` highlight defined in themes.

Improve C++ Tree-sitter queries (#18016)
I made a few tree-sitter queries for improving the highlighting of C++.

There is one query that I'm not totally certain about and would
appreciate some feedback on it, the one that concerns attributes.

Many editor only highlight the identifier as a keyword (This is the
behavior implemented in this commit), while others, for example the
tree-sitter plugin for neovim, tags the entire attribute for
highlighting (double brackets included). I don't know which one is
preferable. Here are screenshots of the two versions:

Release Notes:

- Fixed C++ attributes identifiers being wrongly highlighed through the
tag "variable"
- C++ attribute identifiers (nodiscard,deprecated, noreturn, etc.. ) are
now highlighted through the tag "keyword"
- Changed C++ primitives types (void, bool, int, size_t, etc.. ) to no
longer be highlighted with the tag "keyword", they can now be
highlighted by the tag "type.primitive".
- Added a tag "concept" for highlighting C++ concept identifiers. (This
tag name has been chosen to be the same than the one returned by
clangd's semantic tokens)

cpp: Improve syntax highlighting (#13922)
* Added some missing operators, delimeters and keywords
* Highlight destructor, and operator overload as `@function`
* Moved `(field_identifier)` to the top, as it was highlighting methods
as `@property`

There are still some problems with something like `n1::n2::foo(...)`,
`foo` is not properly highlighted as a function

Release Notes:

- Improved C++ syntax highlighting

Bump tree-sitter and related core language parser libraries (#14986)
Closes https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/4565

To fix issues with code blocks' parsing in Markdown, a
tree-sitter-markdown library update is needed.
But `tree_sitter::language` is used in many places within core Zed,
which forced more library updates.

Release Notes:

- Updated tree-sitter parsers for core languages

cpp: Highlight sized type specifiers as keywords (#12751)
Without this, `unsigned` or `unsigned int` is not highlighted properly:
`int` is a primitive_type but `unsigned` is a sized_type_specifier. This
is already handled in C as both are part of @type highlight group.

chore: Extract languages from zed crate (#8270)
- Moves languages module from `zed` into a separate crate. That way we
have less of a long pole at the end of compilation.
- Removes moot dependencies on editor/picker. This is totally harmless
and might help in the future if we decide to decouple picker from
editor.

Before:
```
Number of crates that depend on 'picker' but not on 'editor': 1
Total number of crates that depend on 'picker': 13
Total number of crates that depend on 'editor': 30
```
After:
```
Number of crates that depend on 'picker' but not on 'editor': 5
Total number of crates that depend on 'picker': 12
Total number of crates that depend on 'editor': 26
```
The more crates depend on just picker but not editor, the better in that
case.
