This PR reworks authentication for developing Zed against a local
version of Cloud and/or Collab.
You will still connect the same way—using the `zed-local` script—but
will need to be running an instance of Cloud locally.

I’ve also updated the documentation in
`development\local-collaboration.md` and
`docs\src\development\windows.md`.

First, parse the output of `git status --porcelain=v1` into a
representation that can handle the full "grammar" and doesn't lose
information.
Second, as part of pushing this throughout the codebase, expand the use
of the existing `GitSummary` type to all the places where status
propagation is in play (i.e., anywhere we're dealing with a mix of files
and directories), and get rid of the previous `GitSummary ->
GitFileStatus` conversion.
- [x] Synchronize new representation over collab
- [x] Update zed.proto
- [x] Update DB models
- [x] Update `GitSummary` and summarization for the new `FileStatus`
- [x] Fix all tests
- [x] worktree
- [x] collab
- [x] Clean up `FILE_*` constants
- [x] New collab tests to exercise syncing of complex statuses
- [x] Run it locally and make sure it looks good

Release Notes:
- Added a more detailed message in place of the generic `checking...`
messages when Rust-analyzer is running.
- Added a rate limit for language server status messages, to reduce
noisiness of those updates.
- Added a `cancel language server work` action which will cancel
long-running language server tasks.

Fixes#12585
This changes the expectations for installed binaries on linux based on
work
that @jirutka has done for Alpine.
In particular, we now put the cli in place as `bin/zed` and the zed
binary as
`libexec/zed-editor`, and assume that packagers do the same.

This is a crate only addition of a new version of the AssistantPanel.
We'll be putting this behind a feature flag while we iron out the new
experience.

Updates `collab` to accept a `seed.json` file that allows you to
override the defaults. Updated the `README` in collab to just have
directions inside instead of redirecting the developer to the website.

`--stable` makes all clients except for the first one use a stable
version of Zed (hardcoded to `/Applications/Zed/Contents/MacOS/zed` for
now).
That should make testing cross-channel collab changes a bit easier. /cc

* Allow creating channels when seeding
* Allow configuring a custom `SEED_PATH`
* Seed the database when creating/migrating it so you don't need a
separate step for this.

This uploads apples crash reports to our servers when telemetry is
enabled.
Rather than jumping via the website, it uploads to collab directly. (I'd
like
to update the panic handler to do this too to make it possible to work
on that end-to-end without zed.dev running).
Release Notes:
- Added reporting of crashes when telemetry is enabled
Instead, admins are specified using a JSON file, 'admins.json'. This file is
gitignored. If it is not present, there is a default list of admins in
'admins.default.json'.
./script/zed-local now looks for "--zed2" flag in its args and runs Zed2 binaries instead of zed1.
'foreman start' can be launched with '-f Procfile.zed2" argument to launch zed2 collab server.
