- Adds the Switch component
- Updates `Selected`, `Selectable` -> `ToggleState`, `Toggleable`
- Adds `checkbox` and `switch` functions to align better with other
elements in our layout system.
We decided not to merge Switch and Checkbox. However, in a followup I'll
introduce a Toggle or AnyToggle enum so we can update
`CheckboxWithLabel` -> `ToggleWithLabel` as this component will work
exactly the same with either a Checkbox or a Switch.

Fix for getting File exists "os error 17" with `"use_system_path_prompts": false,`
This was reproducible when the first worktree is a non-folder worktree
(e.g. setting.json) so we were trying to create the new file with a path
under ~/.config/zed/settings.json/newfile.ext

Closes#16919
repro step:
- add two worktree
- modify settings `"use_system_path_prompts" : false`
- `ctrl-n` create new file, typing any chars.
- `ctrl-s` save file
- typing any char, crashed.
Release Notes:
- Fixed crashed when setting `"use_system_path_prompts": false` or in
remote project with two or more worktree.
Fixes#15426.
The `./` was implicitly assumed to be there by the prompt, so we'd end
up with `././foobar` when typing in an explicit `./`.
This fixes the issue by stripping `./` from the query, like we also
strip `/`.
Release Notes:
- Fixed paths starting with `./` breaking the new-path file picker when
the system prompts are disabled.
([#15426](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/15426)).
Release Notes:
- linux: Added a fallback Open picker for when XDG is not working
- Added a new setting `use_system_path_prompts` (default true) that can
be disabled to use Zed's builtin keyboard-driven prompts.

While these would match how macOS handles this scenario, they crash on
Catalina, and require mouse clicks to interact.
