adf94a1681 Switch from using the key window to the main window mac platform API 
When the help menu is open, the help menu's search field is the key window, and this was causing menu item action resolution to fail

Introduce reveal_path in Platform 
And implement it for MacPlatform, and instead of using an external process to run `open`, use the NSWorkspace selectFile instance method.

5a8061ac7b Add the ability to open a window on a given screen 
This is done by supplying the screen in the `WindowOptions` struct.
Note that it's optional, and we will let the operating system choose
which screen to show the window on when `screen` is not provided, as
we did before this change.

ab760493cf Route whether or not a window is fullscreen down into GPUI 
This still needs to be able to invalidate things to be useful
but it's a good first cut at just making the information available
to platform-agnostic code

06033d7fa9 Introduce ViewContext::on_window_should_close 
This is a new callback that can be used to interrupt closing the window
