On the panics dashboard, saw this panic of `There must be at least one
selection` in `open_locations_in_multibuffer`. Only seems to have
happened once in the past month.
Fix is to include the pending selection. Since `selections.all()` cannot
provide anchor selections, added `selections.all_anchors()` which only
really does any work if there is a pending selection.
Also fixes a corner case in jump-to-definitions where if the definition
is `HoverLink::InlayHint` and the `compute_target_location` fails for
all definitions it could potentially also trigger this case (and return
`Navigated::Yes` instead of `Navigated::No`

This PR makes `AddSelectionBelow` and `AddSelectionAbove` not skip lines
that are shorter than the current cursor column. This follows the same
behavior as VSCode and Sublime.
This change is only applicable in the case of an empty selection; if
there is a non-empty selection, it continues to skip empty and shorter
lines to create a Vim-like column selection, which is the better default
for that case.

Builds on #27604 so that `vim::OtherEnd` works in visual block mode.
This is accomplished by reversing the order of active selections in the
buffer when the user hit `o`, so that the cursor moves diagonally across
the selection. The current behavior is preserved for `shift-o`, which is
how the cursors behave in vim.
We'll close#27604 since this encapsulates that change, but if you'd
prefer to take only the visual block motion component, we'll keep the
branch for #27604 open.

There's still a bit more work to do on this, but this PR is compiling
(with warnings) after eliminating the key types. When the tasks below
are complete, this will be the new narrative for GPUI:
- `Entity<T>` - This replaces `View<T>`/`Model<T>`. It represents a unit
of state, and if `T` implements `Render`, then `Entity<T>` implements
`Element`.
- `&mut App` This replaces `AppContext` and represents the app.
- `&mut Context<T>` This replaces `ModelContext` and derefs to `App`. It
is provided by the framework when updating an entity.
- `&mut Window` Broken out of `&mut WindowContext` which no longer
exists. Every method that once took `&mut WindowContext` now takes `&mut
Window, &mut App` and every method that took `&mut ViewContext<T>` now
takes `&mut Window, &mut Context<T>`
Not pictured here are the two other failed attempts. It's been quite a
month!

This is a behavior-preserving change, but lays the groundwork for
expanding selections when the cursor lands inside of a "replace" block.

Previously, when using Vim mode and doing a line-wise visual selection,
the `assistant: quote selection` action would not work correctly, since
it would ignore that these were line-wise selections.
With this change, one can now select lines using visual line mode and
"quote selection works"

visual-line-mode selections in Vim mode.
This fixes a panic in the `SelectionsCollection::first_anchor` when
there was a pending mouse selection and no other selections. Until
recently, this method was only used in vim mode, but as of

it's also used in the normal `move_up` and `move_down` actions.
So until recently, the panic that this fixes could only happen in vim
mode.

This isn't quite an exact emulation, as instead of using one selection
that is magically in "column mode", we emulate it with a bunch of zed
multi-selections (one per line).
I think this is better, as it requires fewer changes to the codebase,
and lets you see the impact of any changes immediately on all lines.

Problem is, I'm trying to trust the excerpt id of the selection head,
but it's a sentinel value and not the actual excerpt id of the message.
I think we probably need to resolve to offsets instead.
