![]() In the left hand status bar, there are two groups of buttons. There was a border between the two hardcoded on the first button of the second group, however, if all buttons in the first group are hidden, the border doesn't need to be rendered. (Not handled in this PR) A potentially better approach would be to change StatusBar's definition from `left_items` and `right_items` to `left_groups` and `right_groups`, and render dividers between each group of items. That seemed like a bigger refactor than I wanted to handle for now, but is an option for the future. If you use these settings on `main`, the border will show, but with nothing to the left of it. ```json { "collaboration_panel": { "button": false }, "outline_panel": { "button": false }, "project_panel": { "button": false, }, } ``` Screenshots: Before: After: Release Notes: - Conditionally render divider in status bar --------- Co-authored-by: Danilo Leal <67129314+danilo-leal@users.noreply.github.com> |

Licensing
License information for third party dependencies must be correctly provided for CI to pass.
We use cargo-about
to automatically comply with open source licenses. If CI is failing, check the following:
- Is it showing a
no license specified
error for a crate you've created? If so, addpublish = false
under[package]
in your crate's Cargo.toml. - Is the error
failed to satisfy license requirements
for a dependency? If so, first determine what license the project has and whether this system is sufficient to comply with this license's requirements. If you're unsure, ask a lawyer. Once you've verified that this system is acceptable add the license's SPDX identifier to theaccepted
array inscript/licenses/zed-licenses.toml
. - Is
cargo-about
unable to find the license for a dependency? If so, add a clarification field at the end ofscript/licenses/zed-licenses.toml
, as specified in the cargo-about book.
