Fix missed renames in #22632 (#23688)
Fix a bug where a GPUI macro still used `ModelContext`
Rename `AsyncAppContext` -> `AsyncApp`
Rename update_model, read_model, insert_model, and reserve_model to
update_entity, read_entity, insert_entity, and reserve_entity

Eliminate GPUI View, ViewContext, and WindowContext types (#22632)
There's still a bit more work to do on this, but this PR is compiling
(with warnings) after eliminating the key types. When the tasks below
are complete, this will be the new narrative for GPUI:

- `Entity<T>` - This replaces `View<T>`/`Model<T>`. It represents a unit
of state, and if `T` implements `Render`, then `Entity<T>` implements
`Element`.
- `&mut App` This replaces `AppContext` and represents the app.
- `&mut Context<T>` This replaces `ModelContext` and derefs to `App`. It
is provided by the framework when updating an entity.
- `&mut Window` Broken out of `&mut WindowContext` which no longer
exists. Every method that once took `&mut WindowContext` now takes `&mut
Window, &mut App` and every method that took `&mut ViewContext<T>` now
takes `&mut Window, &mut Context<T>`

Not pictured here are the two other failed attempts. It's been quite a
month!

Pass Summary::Context to Item::summarize (#18510)
We are going to use this in the multi-buffer to produce a summary for an
`Excerpt` that contains a `Range<Anchor>`.

Replace Default trait bound with a zero function on Summary/Dimension (#17975)
This lets us provide a context when constructing the zero value. We need
it so we can require anchors to be associated with a buffer id, which
we're doing as part of simplifying the multibuffer API.

Fix mention notifications are not updated after message change and not removed after a message is deleted (#9847)
@ConradIrwin This is a followup for #9035 as agreed.

updated. And mention notifications are removed when message is removed.

channel projects (#8456)
Add plumbing for hosted projects. This will currently show them if they
exist
but provides no UX to create/rename/delete them.

Also changed the `ChannelId` type to not auto-cast to u64; this avoids
type
confusion if you have multiple id types.

* Put the newest notifications at the top
* Have at most 1 notification toast, which is non-interactive,
  but focuses the notification panel on click, and auto-dismisses
  on a timer.
