lsp: Implement support for the textDocument/diagnostic command (#19230)
Closes [#13107](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/13107)

Enabled pull diagnostics by default, for the language servers that
declare support in the corresponding capabilities.

```
"diagnostics": {
    "lsp_pull_diagnostics_debounce_ms": null
}
```
settings can be used to disable the pulling.

Release Notes:

- Added support for the LSP `textDocument/diagnostic` command.

# Brief

This is draft PR that implements the LSP `textDocument/diagnostic`
command. The goal is to receive your feedback and establish further
steps towards fully implementing this command. I tried to re-use
existing method and structures to ensure:

1. The existing functionality works as before
2. There is no interference between the diagnostics sent by a server and
the diagnostics requested by a client.

The current implementation is done via a new LSP command
`GetDocumentDiagnostics` that is sent when a buffer is saved and when a
buffer is edited. There is a new method called `pull_diagnostic` that is
called for such events. It has debounce to ensure we don't spam a server
with commands every time the buffer is edited. Probably, we don't need
the debounce when the buffer is saved.

All in all, the goal is basically to get your feedback and ensure I am
on the right track. Thanks!

workspace: Add setting to make dock resize apply to all panels (#30551)
Re: #19015
Close #12667

When dragging a dock’s resize handle, only the active panel grows or
shrinks. This patch introduces an opt-in behaviour that lets users
resize every panel hosted by that dock at once.

Release Notes:

- Added new `resize_all_panels_in_dock` setting to optionally resize
every panel in a dock together.

Improve Zed prompts for file path selection (#32014)
Part of https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/discussions/31653
`"use_system_path_prompts": false` is needed in settings for these to
appear as modals for new file save and file open.

Fixed a very subpar experience of the "save new file" Zed modal,
compared to a similar "open file path" Zed modal by uniting their code.

* alters both prompts to start in the current worktree directory, with
the fallback to home directory.
* adjusts the code to handle Windows paths better

Ensure item-closing actions do not panic when no items are present (#31845)
This PR adds a comprehensive test that ensures that no item-closing
action will panic when no items are present. A test already existed
(`test_remove_active_empty `) that ensured `CloseActiveItem` didn't
panic, but the new test covers:

- `CloseActiveItem`
- `CloseInactiveItems`
- `CloseAllItems`
- `CloseCleanItems`
- `CloseItemsToTheRight`
- `CloseItemsToTheLeft`

I plan to do a bit more clean up in `pane.rs` and this feels like a good
thing to add before that.

bug in https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/31783 came from having
duplicate code. The fix had been applied to one version, but not the
duplicated code.

gpui: Support hitbox blocking mouse interaction except scrolling (#31712)
tl;dr: This adds `.block_mouse_except_scroll()` which should typically
be used instead of `.occlude()` for cases when the mouse shouldn't
interact with elements drawn below an element. The rationale for
treating scroll events differently:

* Mouse move / click / styles / tooltips are for elements the user is
interacting with directly.
* Mouse scroll events are about finding the current outer scroll
container.

Most use of `occlude` should probably be switched to this, but I figured
I'd derisk this change by minimizing behavior changes to just the 3 uses
of `block_mouse_except_scroll`.

GPUI changes:

* Added `InteractiveElement::block_mouse_except_scroll()`, and removes
`stop_mouse_events_except_scroll()`

* Added `Hitbox::should_handle_scroll()` to be used when handling scroll
wheel events.

* `Window::insert_hitbox` now takes `HitboxBehavior` instead of
`occlude: bool`.

    - `false` for that bool is now `HitboxBehavior::Normal`.

    - `true` for that bool is now `HitboxBehavior::BlockMouse`.

    - The new mode is `HitboxBehavior::BlockMouseExceptScroll`.

* Removes `Default` impl for `HitboxId` since applications should not
manually create `HitboxId(0)`.

Use anyhow more idiomatically (#31052)
https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/30972 brought up another
case where our context is not enough to track the actual source of the
issue: we get a general top-level error without inner error.

The reason for this was `.ok_or_else(|| anyhow!("failed to read HEAD
SHA"))?; ` on the top level.

The PR finally reworks the way we use anyhow to reduce such issues (or
at least make it simpler to bubble them up later in a fix).
On top of that, uses a few more anyhow methods for better readability.

* `.ok_or_else(|| anyhow!("..."))`, `map_err` and other similar error
conversion/option reporting cases are replaced with `context` and
`with_context` calls
* in addition to that, various `anyhow!("failed to do ...")` are
stripped with `.context("Doing ...")` messages instead to remove the
parasitic `failed to` text
* `anyhow::ensure!` is used instead of `if ... { return Err(...); }`
calls
* `anyhow::bail!` is used instead of `return Err(anyhow!(...));`

debugger: Fix bug where active debug line highlights weren't cleared (#29562)
## Context
The bug occurred because we stopped propagating the
`BreakpointStoreEvent::SetDebugLine` whenever a new debug line highlight
had been set. This was done to prevent multiple panes from having
editors focus on the debug line. However, it stopped the event from
propagating to editors that needed to clear their debug line highlights.

I fixed this by introducing two phases
1. Clear all debug line highlights
2. Set active debug line highlight in singular editor

I also added a test to prevent regressions from occurring

I haven't yet added a default binding for the new command. #27797 added `:ls` and

given that that matches the vim semantics of those commands better than
just showing the tabs in the local pane.

When dragging the pane separator of the bottom dock to full window
height, the contents at the bottom of the dock and workspace window
overflowed the screen, becoming obscured. This happened because setting
a new size in resize_bottom_dock(...) was not taking in consideration
the top bounds of the workspace window, which caused the bottom bounds
of both dock and workspace to overflow. The issue was fixed by
subtracting the workspace.bounds.top() value to the dock's new size.

debugger: Open debugger panel on session startup (#29186)
Now all debug sessions are routed through the debug panel and are
started synchronously instead of by a task that returns a session once
the initialization process is finished. A session is `Mode::Booting`
while it's starting the debug adapter process and then transitions to
`Mode::Running` once this is completed.

This PR also added new tests for the dap logger, reverse start debugging
request, and debugging over SSH.

editor: Hide mouse context menu when modal is opened (#29127)
Closes #28787

The context menu appears before the modal because it is a Deferred
element, which is always displayed above normal elements.

Release Notes:

Previously, the editor context menu appeared before the Command Palette.
This commit ensures the editor context menu is hidden when a modal,
including the Command Palette, is opened.

gpui: Introduce PlatformKeyboardLayout trait for human-friendly keyboard layout names (#29049)
This PR adds a new `PlatformKeyboardLayout` trait with two methods:
`id(&self) -> &str` and `name(&self) -> &str`. The `id()` method returns
a unique identifier for the keyboard layout, while `name()` provides a
human-readable name. This distinction is especially important on
Windows, where the `id` and `name` can be quite different. For example,
the French layout has an `id` of `0000040C`, which is not
human-readable, whereas the `name` would simply be `French`. Currently,
the existing `keyboard_layout()` method returns what's essentially the
same as `id()` in this new design.

This PR implements the `name()` method for both Windows and macOS. On
Linux, for now, `name()` still returns the same value as `id()`.

feedback: Update issue template URL (#28790)
Closes #28782

The linked template path was updated in #28250. This PR also adds the
change to the zed action.

Since the issue template link was also referenced in workspace, I
updated that occurrence to use the `FileBugReport` action instead. For
that, I had to move the action to `zed_actions`. However, with this
change only one link has to be updated and any database related errors
will have the zed version specs attached to them automatically.

Release Notes:

- Fixed an issue where the `file bug report` action would redirect to an
outdated URL.

Tidy up DAP initialization (#28730)
To make DAP work over SSH we want to create the binary
at the project level (so we can wrap it in an `ssh` invocation
transparently).

This means not pushing the adapter down into the session, and resolving
more information ahead-of-time.

History manager (#26369)
While working on implementing `add_recent_documents` for Windows, I
found that the process is significantly more complex compared to macOS.
On macOS, simply registering the `add_recent_documents` function is
enough, as the system handles everything automatically.

On Windows, however, there are two cases to consider:
- **Files opened by the app**: These appear in the "Recent" section (as
shown in the screenshot, "test.txt") and are managed automatically by
Windows (by setting windows registry), similar to macOS.

- **Folders opened by the app**: This is more complicated because
Windows does not handle it automatically, requiring the application to
track opened folders manually.

To address this, this PR introduces a `History Manager` along with
`HistoryManagerEvent::Update` and `HistoryManagerEvent::Delete` events
to simplify the process of managing recently opened folders.
