Use better fallback for empty rerun action (#32031)
When invoking the task rerun action before any task had been run, it
falls back to task selection modal.
Adjust this fall back to use the debugger view, if available:

Unify the tasks modal and the new session modal (#31646)
Release Notes:

- Debugger Beta: added a button to the quick action bar to start a debug
session or spawn a task, depending on which of these actions was taken
most recently.
- Debugger Beta: incorporated the tasks modal into the new session modal
as an additional tab.

task: Add ZED_RELATIVE_DIR task variable (#31657)
This is my first contribution to zed, let me know if I missed anything.

There is no corresponding issue/discussion.

`$ZED_RELATIVE_DIR` can be used in cases where a task's command's
filesystem namespace (e.g. inside a container) is different than the
host, where absolute paths cannot work.

I modified `relative_path` to `relative_file` after the addition of
`relative_dir`.

For top-level files, where `relative_file.parent() == Some("")`, I use
`"."` for `$ZED_RELATIVE_DIR`, which is a valid relative path in both
*nix and windows.

Thank you for building zed, and open-sourcing it. I hope to contribute
more as I use it as my primary editor.

Release Notes:

- Added ZED_RELATIVE_DIR (path to current file's directory relative to
worktree root) task variable.

debugger: Add console indicator and resolve debug configs from NewSessionModal (#28489)
The debug console will now show an indicator when it's unopened and
there's unread messages.

`NewSessionModal` attempts to resolve debug configurations before using
the config to start debugging. This allows users to use zed's task
variables in the modal prompt.

I had to invert tasks_ui dependency on debugger_ui so `NewSessionModal`
could get the correct `TaskContexts` by calling tasks_ui functions. A
consequence of this workspace has a new event `ShowAttachModal` that I'm
not a big fan of. @osiewicz if you have time could you please take a
look to see if there's a way around adding the event. I'm open to pair
on it too.

Use active worktree's task sources (#25784)
Follow-up of https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/25605

Previous PR made global tasks with `ZED_WORKTREE_ROOT` available for
"nothing open" scenario, this PR also gets all related worktree task
templates, using the centralized `TextContexts`' active worktree
detection.

Improve Zed tasks' ZED_WORKTREE_ROOT fallbacks (#25605)
Closes https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/22912

Reworks the task context infrastructure so that it's possible to have
multiple contexts at the same time, and stores all possible worktree
context there.
Task UI code is now falling back to the "active" worktree context, if
active item's context did not produce a resolved task.

Current code does not produce meaningful results for projects with
multiple worktrees to avoid ambiguity and design changes: instead of
resolving tasks per worktree context available, extra worktree context
is only used when resolving tasks from the same worktree.

Allow icon themes to provide their own file associations (#24926)
This PR adds the ability for icon themes to provide their own file
associations.

The old `file_types.json` that was previously used to make these
associations has been removed in favor of storing them on the default
theme.

Icon themes have two new fields on them:

- `file_stems`: A mapping of file stems to icon keys.
- `file_suffixes`: A mapping of file suffixes to icon keys.

These mappings produce icon keys which can then be used in `file_icons`
to associate them to a particular icon:

When loading an icon theme, the `file_stems` and `file_icons` fields
will be merged with the ones from the base icon theme, with the values
from the icon theme being loaded overriding ones in the base theme.

Eliminate GPUI View, ViewContext, and WindowContext types (#22632)
There's still a bit more work to do on this, but this PR is compiling
(with warnings) after eliminating the key types. When the tasks below
are complete, this will be the new narrative for GPUI:

- `Entity<T>` - This replaces `View<T>`/`Model<T>`. It represents a unit
of state, and if `T` implements `Render`, then `Entity<T>` implements
`Element`.
- `&mut App` This replaces `AppContext` and represents the app.
- `&mut Context<T>` This replaces `ModelContext` and derefs to `App`. It
is provided by the framework when updating an entity.
- `&mut Window` Broken out of `&mut WindowContext` which no longer
exists. Every method that once took `&mut WindowContext` now takes `&mut
Window, &mut App` and every method that took `&mut ViewContext<T>` now
takes `&mut Window, &mut Context<T>`

Not pictured here are the two other failed attempts. It's been quite a
month!
