This PR adds initial FreeBSD support for building Zed: * Adds `script/freebsd` to install required dependencies on FreeBSD * Adds `docs/freebsd.md` with build instructions and notes * ⚠️ Mentions that `webrtc` is still **work-in-progress** on FreeBSD.
